Catholic youth of Abuja Archdiocese rejoices as they host 2024 provincial rally.
Abuja metropolitan province consist of 8 diocese namely: ABUJA ARCHDIOCESE

LAFIA DIOCESE
OTUKPO DIOCESE
KASTINA ALA DIOCESE
LOKOJA DIOCESE
MAKURDI DIOCESE
IDAH DIOCESE
This diocese made up the Abuja metropolitan province, The 2024 Rally kick Starts on 29th of August till 1st September.
The Archdiocesan chaplain of Abuja Archdiocese Rev Fr Cyril osuji welcomed all diocese to the venue St Paul missionary gwagwalada.
The opening mass was celebrated by the chief Shepard of Abuja Archdiocese who was represented by very Rev Fr Sam Tumba . Along side his co celebrants very Rev Fr Richard Mbanngun, Rev Fr Cyril Osuji, Rev Fr Peter Otache, Rev fr Oche John , Rev Fr Emmanuel Awudu, and other chaplains
In his homily he encouraged the youths to be more firm in faith and we should not allow peer pressure or situation ruin our love for God.
He futher spoke on wisdom, just like the gospel reading Matthew 25: 1_ 13 spoke about the wise virgins and the foolish virgins, we should be prepared like the wise virgins who had extra oil while they wait for the groom . We need to be spiritual ready for the sake of God’s kingdom.

As Catholic youths In the mist of this trial and challenges , you should always remember that you are youths and youths is a gift from God , get skills aside your degree , don’t wait for the government to give you job , you mustn’t be a civil servant to earn living, With your skills you can earn more than civil servants.
Above all use your skills wisely to the glory of God.
In the mist of crises, you must do your part as patriotic citizen and be conscious of the dealing of this world
Our focus shall be building a better country, Don’t let politicians use you.
Always remember you represent Christ anywhere you find yourselves.
As children of God we will be fulfilled spiritually and bear in mind that God cannot abandon us .
