Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk has revealed that the Fulham fans made life difficult for the team in Wednesday’s Carabao Cup second leg seminal clash.

Recall that the Reds were held to a 1-1 draw but advance to the final on 3-2 aggregate after the first leg had ended 2-1.

Reacting after the game, Van Dijk told reporters that the atmosphere at Fulham made the Reds to fight more.
