One of the chieftains of the Labour Party LP, Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour has reacted after the LP candidate in the 2023 presidential election, Peter Gregory Obi and his running mate, Yusuf Datti Baba Ahmed gave an educational scholarship to a “Keke” driver.
According to report, Peter Obi and Yusuf Datti Baba Ahmed made the decision while at the Leadership Conference and Awards that went down at the Transcorp Hilton in Abuja on Tuesday.
It is no longer news that Peter Obi was awarded as the Politician Of The Year at the event.
However, Peter Obi and Datti have now awarded a scholarship to the young man.
In the viral video that surafced online, Peter Obi stated that henceforth, the education, accommodation, clothing and feeding of the tricycle driver would be taken care of by the Baze University.
Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour has now reacted. In the post that he shared on his official X handle on Tuesday, he said the act that was portrayed by Peter Obi is a consistent one.
He wrote on his page;
